Domestic Violence Awareness Training
Deter Innovations will provide staff within your organisation a full awareness of the impact of Domestic Violence and its effects upon work colleagues. We will also offer a consultancy service to HR departments.

Courses are usually carried out at your premises and are one day in duration.

The Relationship Skills Programme - Full Provision
As a professional organisation wishing to use your own Relationship Skills Programme - Deter Innovations will provide training and ongoing support to enable your staff within your organisation to be able to deliver the assessment and intervention measures on a regular basis.

The Full Programme Provision comprises:

• Annual Licence to deliver The Relationship Skills Programme
• 5 days Facilitator Staff Training to ensure competency to complete The Relationship Skills Programme
• 5 days supporting environment training for all other staff involved with the managing of Domestic Violence offenders
• 5 days consultancy and staff support events delivered throughout the year

There is the option for Deter Innovations to provide you with top up training and in subsequent years there is consultancy to enable new staff members within your organisation to benefit from the programme.
